It's actually a funny story...
From Maggie's perspective: While traveling together as a family near Mount Rushmore, we all shared a big room. Well, that room only had one bathroom. My sister, Audrey went to take a shower and yelled, "WHO USED MY BLACK SOAP?!" at the top of her lungs. Well, maybe not that loud, but loud enough to where we all knew someone was in trouble. I looked over at my dad, David, and I snickered as he said, "I'll make you a new one!" Well, 165 soap batches later, Audrey now has soap for life.

Soap Life
To prolong the life of your soap bar, let soap dry between uses by using a soap dish. For bathing, we recommend using a soap pouch (purchase here) for the best lather and longer life of your soap. -- All of our soap bars are rather large. Feel free to cut a bar in half for easier handling and the option to switch soap scent sooner!
Facts
We hand cut each bar and aim for ~6.5 oz each. We wrap our bars with recyclable card stock that includes the ingredients on the back. All bars are handmade, and as we try to duplicate batches precisely, sometimes there are slight variations.
